Nai Yang: what to know before you buy

Nai Yang is the north-west coast by the airport and Sirinat National Park: a calm beach lined with casuarinas, a village pace and seven minutes to the terminal. The area grew on The Title projects — Serenity, Balcony, Halo and the Estella villas — and the Silhouette boutique residence by The Zero.

The price per square metre is lower than Bang Tao at 300–700 m from the sea; rentals are short — transit guests and week-long stays. For a budget under ฿6M Nai Yang is one of two real coastal options, the other being Rawai.
