Rawai: what to know before you buy

Rawai is Phuket’s southern tip: a seafront with the fish market, piers to the islands, and Nai Harn and Ao Sane beaches ten minutes away. Expats have lived here for years, so the everyday infrastructure — schools, clinics, markets — is dense and the price per square metre is the lowest of the coastal areas.
